Who I Am
I’m a meditation teacher and mindfulness facilitator.
My teachings use inspiration from insight meditation, Buddhist and Kabbalah teachings, Classical Yoga and 8+ years of personal practice.
I teach meditation in a way that is accessible, practical, and deeply human — whether you're completely new to meditation or ready to deepen a practice you've already begun.
Meditation isn't about becoming more. It's about becoming more present to the life you're already living.
How I Got Here
I spent years trying to become enough.
I tried the affirmations. The journaling. The courses. The personal development. I was always looking for the next thing that would finally make me feel whole.
And somewhere underneath all of it was a longing I couldn't quite name.
I wanted to feel at home within myself.
Years ago, someone asked me to teach yoga. I said no.
But I said I could teach meditation.
I didn't understand why at the time. I simply knew.
Over the years, meditation became more than something I practiced. It became the way I learned to meet my own mind, my emotions, uncertainty, relationships, and life itself.
I began to understand that meditation wasn't about becoming a better version of myself.
It was about learning to be present with the person who was already here.
And that's what I love sharing with others.
I spent years trying to become enough.
No one told me I already was.
My Approach
Meditation isn't about making your mind perfectly quiet.
It's learning to notice. To breathe. To listen. To meet whatever is here without immediately needing to change it.
Notice
Become aware of what is happening in your mind and body without needing to immediately fix it.
Breathe
Use the breath as an anchor for returning to the present moment.
Be Present
Meet your experience with greater awareness, compassion, and curiosity.
